1. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

Personalized Euro plates

Custom profession emblems

Any product with custom engraving, printing, or personalization
All customized items are final sale.
2. Returns for Non-Custom Items
We accept returns within 7 days only if the item is:

Damaged or defective

Incorrect item received
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original condition, and must include proof of purchase.
3. Replacements
If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, wrong engraving, defect), we will:

Replace the item free of charge, or

Offer store credit

5. Shipping Fees

If the error is on our end → SnappShop covers the shipping cost.

If the customer requests a return for personal reasons → Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
