Refunds

Refund Policy

At SnappShop, we take pride in providing high-quality customized products. Please read our refund guidelines below:


1. No Refund for Customized Items

Because our products are made specifically based on your design (engraved, printed, or personalized), we do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Customized license plate holders

  • Personalized Euro plates

  • Custom profession emblems

  • Any item with custom text, printing, or engraving

All customized orders are final and non-refundable.


2. Refund Eligibility (Non-Custom Items Only)

Refunds are only available for non-custom items if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item has a factory defect

  • You received the wrong item

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please send us:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once approved, refunds may be given through:

  • Store credit, or

  • Direct refund (depending on the case)


4. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our error → SnapShop will shoulder the return shipping fee.

  • If the customer decides to return a non-custom item for personal reasons → Shipping cost is paid by the customer.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer-provided wrong spelling, text, or design

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect use or damage caused by the customer
