🛠 Customization Policy

At SnappShop, we create your items exactly the way you want them. To ensure accuracy and quality, please review our customization guidelines below:

1. Custom Orders Are Final

All customized products (engraved, printed, or personalized) are final sale and cannot be returned, changed, or refunded once production begins.

2. Customer Responsibility

Please double-check all details before submitting:

  • Spelling

  • Titles / profession names

  • Dates

  • Fonts (if applicable)

  • Design placement

We produce your item based on the exact details you send.

3. Design Approval (If Requested)

If you request a layout preview:

  • We will send you a mock-up before production.

  • Production only starts once you confirm the design.

  • Approval means you accept the final layout.

4. Production Time

Customized items usually take:

  • 3–7 business days to craft

  • Complex designs may take longer

5. Incorrect Details Submitted

SnappShop is not liable for errors based on customer-provided text or designs. A new item will require a new order.

6. Our Mistake

If we make an error (wrong text, engraving, or design), we will:

  • Replace the item free of charge, or

  • Provide store credit

📝 How to Send Your Customization Details

To avoid delays, please follow the format below:

📌 Step 1: Add your item to cart

Select the product you want to customize.

📌 Step 2: Enter your details in the “Order Special Instructions” box

Example format:

For Custom Engraving:

  • Name / Text: Dr. Santos

  • Profession / Title: Anesthesiologist

  • Font Preference (optional): Classic / Script / Bold

  • Special Request: Center align, clean layout

For Euro Plates:

  • Plate Text: JDM-85

  • Color Style: Black on White

  • Extra Notes: Add small Philippine flag on left

📌 Step 3: Send a message after checkout (optional but recommended)

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Custom details

  • Any reference photo (optional)

📌 Step 4: Approve the Design (If you requested a preview)

We will send a layout for confirmation before production starts.
